Aldeburgh Market Hall will host a Winter Makers Market on 14 November 2026, bringing more than 30 independent artists, designers and food producers from across the Suffolk Coast together for a one-day event running 10:00–16:00. Entry is free.

The market will feature seasonal food stalls, hands-on workshops and live acoustic music, giving visitors a chance to meet makers and pick up locally produced goods ahead of the winter season. Organiser Anna Reed said: “We wanted to create a relaxed winter event that gives people a reason to spend the day in Aldeburgh while discovering some of the brilliant independent makers working across the coast.”

The mid-November timing places the market in the shoulder season, offering a reason to linger in Aldeburgh beyond a day trip. For visitors who enjoy food and drink, coast-and-country walks, galleries and small-scale cultural events, the market provides a straightforward reason to extend a stay and explore more of the Suffolk Coast’s maker and producer scene.

Practical details: the market runs from 10:00 to 16:00 on Saturday 14 November 2026, with free entry and more than 30 stalls of local makers, seasonal food, workshops and live music. Further event information is available from Aldeburgh Market Hall’s event listings.
